Enrollment Information

New Families

Welcome to the Beecher Community School District! Student enrollment in our district is continuous. We have openings in grades PK-12. When enrolling your new student, please visit the school building you wish your child to attend and complete an enrollment form. Please bring a recent report card, immunizations, copy of the birth certificate (with seal) and proof of residency within the Beecher Community School District (see district map)

High School students and Alternative Education students will need a copy of their transcript before classes can be scheduled to ensure correct placement. If you have additional enrollment questions, please contact Lisa Fields at (810) 591-9227. Special Education student enrollment will require the parent to visit the Special Education Office, located at Beecher High School 6255 Neff Road. For additional enrollment questions, please call (810) 591-9867 or (810) 591-9227. Early Head Start enrollment will require the parent to visit The Early Head Start Office at Dailey Elementary School. For additional enrollment questions, please contact Nerita Adams-Spillers at (810) 591-9806. The district utilizes an automated telephone system called SynerVoice. The SynerVoice system uses contact telephone numbers provided by parents to provide important messages and useful information concerning school activities and programs, in addition to emergency information and school closings. Please keep the school informed and up-to-date with any telephone number changes that occur during the school year, in addition to change of address and emergency contact information.
