As part of a hands‑on STEAM engineering challenge, our young scholars used recycled materials to design and build their very own custom cars. With guidance and inspiration from the amazing team at the Sloan Museum, students brought their imaginative designs to life—turning everyday items into innovative engineering masterpieces. 🔧🧪♻️

Beecher Community School District proudly announces a successful collaboration between Dailey Elementary and the Sloan Museum team, where students engaged in an interactive science activity to create rainbows. This hands-on experience deepened students’ understanding of how light and color interact to form the vibrant spectrum we see in nature.
"Our students were thrilled to see science come alive in such a creative way," said Mrs. Keith, a Dailey Elementary teacher. "Activities like this spark curiosity and make learning memorable."
